Voices Left Unheard

Not to save you. Not to fix you. But to hear you.

Where We Began

The girl who once sat alone on the bathroom floor, just begging desperately for someone to make her feel like she is enough. The girl who learned that her birthday month brought sorrow. The one who picked up the pieces of her shattered mind, by herself. She is here to present to you The Project: Voices Left Unheard. Because I was left unheard. So I am building this project. Not to save you. Not to fix you. But to hear you. Because some thoughts don't need to be fixed. They just need to be heard. Because humans can never be perfect. Imperfections, feelings — they make us human. And maybe, just maybe, if someone hears your unheard plea, then you would want to climb out of that dark yourself too.

What This Is

A place for the words that don't fit anywhere else.

Voices Left Unheard is a student-led initiative built on one simple belief: being heard is enough. We don't diagnose, we don't prescribe, and we don't pretend to have answers. We listen.

We publish raw, honest writing from people who feel unseen — about mental health, identity, grief, imperfection, and the quiet struggle of being human. No polished essays required. No happy endings necessary.

Whether you're walking on thin glass or picking up the shattered pieces, your voice belongs here.
